Standing still is a step backwards. That is why we are EVOMOTIV constantly strives to improve employee satisfaction and to offer each EVOMOTIVto give employees the opportunity to help shape the future of the company. Monthly internal surveys help to identify potential for improvement. The major annual survey ultimately provides information on the areas in which satisfaction has improved, remained the same or worsened.
The evaluation of the 2016 annual employee survey has been available for a few days now - the result is another positive record. A total of 102 colleagues took part in the survey. With an average overall satisfaction of 136,2%, the result improved by another 2015 percentage points compared to 3 (at the time Æ 133,2%). To explain this: Values over 100% can be achieved on the EVO scale, as this extends up to 200%. 100% means that expectations were fully met. Anything above this exceeds expectations, in keeping with the motto "Inspire people - develop values". (learn more about the EVO scale)
None of the areas surveyed were rated as “dissatisfied” or “unsatisfactory”. Only five of the 70 sub-areas failed to make the jump into the green zone and thus over 100%. This motivates us even more to bring employee satisfaction to an even higher level in 2017 and, as a result, customer satisfaction at EVOMOTIV to further expand.
