“Growth with sustainability” – a goal of EVOMOTIV Group, which has been part of the company strategy since its foundation. What does this mean, among other things? To grow sustainably and to do so by protecting the health and occupational safety of employees.
Regular on-site breakfasts, sporting events or lectures on the topic of health have been part of our EVO culture for several years. Since autumn 2022, however, we have also had the official "go" and can describe our company health management as certified.
Within six months, our colleagues worked flat out to reach this milestone. The certification confirms that our operational framework, structures and processes are designed in such a way that work and organization are designed to promote health. This enables our employees to behave in a healthy way. A high quality standard that we represent internally and externally.


Our company health management is divided into the topics of exercise, nutrition and stress. A wide variety of activities have already been offered in these areas. For example, last year we organized a successful tennis tournament and on Company run on the airfield in Böblingen participated. So-called running meetings are also being implemented more and more often in everyday working life. Many of our colleagues now organize their regular meetings or team coordination appointments while running. A real concentration boost for body and mind!

Since health is known to come from the stomach, we offer a wide range of options in the area of nutrition. From homemade smoothies and pancakes at a site brunch to a communal breakfast where all employees bring something for breakfast. If you're a little hungry in between, there is a muesli station at our site in Flacht and in Ingolstadt. Anyone who wants a healthy muesli during their working day can help themselves here. From crunchy, honey nut, chocolate and fruit muesli to quinoa, chia and linseed, amaranth, spelt flakes and oat flakes - there should be something here for everyone.


Anyone interested in a cooking course also has the option of signing up for our EVO cooking course run by colleagues for colleagues. Not only will you cook and taste different dishes together, but you will also get a few useful tips.
In addition to physical fitness and healthy eating, stress management and strengthening resources are also very important topics. In the area of stress management, the topic of health was included in the discussion guide for the annual employee interview. We also see this point as a relevant component of company health management.
In addition, this year we offered digital seminars on stress management and healthy leadership in cooperation with a health insurance company.
