At the beginning of February we were able to welcome our 75th colleague EVOMOTIV This shows us that in a relatively short time we have not only achieved great acceptance and satisfaction among our customers, but have also been able to present ourselves as an attractive and innovative employer.
In line with this growth, we have set up a well-functioning organizational structure with a team leader level, introduced a qualification budget for each individual colleague, the processes in our company are now ISO 9001:2008 certified and we are planning to set up additional locations.
In short – we are very satisfied with our development so far and extremely EVOMOTIVIERT to drive this forward. For this reason, we look forward to welcoming more colleagues to our team!
