Further training plays a role in EVOMOTIV a central role - of course also for the 21 team leaders. That is why the annual team leader workshop was held again in August at the test and development center in Flacht.
The workshop was conducted jointly by the managing directors Lukas Immer, Sebastian Thern and Gerhard Krebs, as well as the education officer Miriam Carmine and the human resources officer Nelly Berg. The team leaders developed new measures and received further training in current topics. The result was a productive workshop with a lot of input and new ideas.
At the end of the evening, together with their families, the youngsters were allowed to relax on the EVOMOTIV-Bouncy castle.
