It was that time again – the increasingly growing administrative team of EVOMOTIV organized the third workshop, this time in the company's own building in Flacht. It started with a shared lunch to lay the foundation for a busy workshop.
The aim of the workshop was to optimise processes and interfaces between the areas. Three groups used a brainstorming session to create an overview of interfaces and processes in their own area of activity. The big rocks were then filtered out, suggestions for optimisation were developed and presented.
After interesting discussions, great results and lots of fun, the group ended the day at the BP Cooking cooking school in Stuttgart. The colleagues spent the evening as a team-building exercise in the kitchen and lounge area of the cooking school - cooking, eating, enjoying and, above all, having fun. The result was three courses that were a sight to behold and a taste to behold.
The whole EVO team is starting the coming year 2017 with great motivation and is looking forward to the challenges ahead.
