Last week, a new building block of the EVOMOTIV Education management – trainer training. True to the EVOMOTIV-Motto “Everyone is the entrepreneur of their knowledge” gives the trainers the opportunity to receive comprehensive feedback, to reflect on their trainer activities, to compare the external image with their own image and to meet other trainers from EVOMOTIV to network. The aim behind this is to develop skills. The trainer training model is divided into three stages: kick-off, exchange of experience and external training.
It is of course exciting to see how the colleagues answered the following question at the kick-off yesterday: Why did you decide to become a trainer - what motivates you? The questions mentioned included: the fun of passing on your own knowledge to other colleagues, personal development and taking on a new challenge.
The group then organizes a workshop to answer the question: “What do you need to be able to offer EVEN better training?” The results are then compared with the goal and content of the entire trainer training and adjusted if necessary.
