Satisfied employees are the key to success. Therefore, EVOMOTIV particularly on ensuring that management culture, working conditions and communication are constantly improved. The annual large employee survey and the monthly surveys help with this. In total, 2015 employees took part in the annual survey in 84 - around two thirds of the total workforce.
The result exceeds all expectations: the ambitious target of 125% that was set for 2015 was clearly exceeded with 133,2%. To explain this: The EVO scale goes up to 200%. 100% means "expectations were fully met", anything above that means "expectations were exceeded" (Learn more about the EVO scale).
During the EVO Christmas party, the results of the employee survey for the month of December were also determined on site. With an impressive result of 140%, expectations were once again clearly exceeded.
Instead of resting on our laurels, these great results are a further incentive for us to set new goals for 2016 together with the Employee Satisfaction Working Group and to continue to demonstrate transparency.
