On June 13.06.2024, XNUMX, we invited our trainers to a meeting to share previous experiences and gather new ideas. The development of the EVOMOTIV Academy is impressive: continuous expansion of our training programs, as well as an increase in the number of trainers and participants overall.

LMS for trainers: Work more efficiently with our system
Our LMS supports trainers in course management, participant tracking and feedback collection. The most important functions were presented in a live demonstration: Course management: Create and adapt your own content flexibly. Tracking participants: Track participants’ progress and generate reports. Feedback: Collect feedback and conduct evaluations. Customization options: Design courses individually.
Exchange of knowledge and experience: learning from each other
In small groups, our trainers exchanged ideas intensively on four topics: Firstly, the Training structure: Best practices for structuring training. Secondly, the Visualization: Effective use of visual aids. Thirdly, the Execution: Techniques for effectively communicating content. And as the last topic of the Presentation and moderation: Proven presentation and moderation techniques.
The discussions were inspiring and provided many valuable insights.
Feedback & idea collection: Getting better together
Finally, the trainers gave feedback and shared ideas to improve our processes and the LMS: Processes and support: Where can we provide better support? LMS experiences: Which functions should we further develop? challenges: What new training formats could we offer?
These insights help us to further optimize our training offerings.
