We celebrate awards like these - but we don't rest on our laurels. Our transparent and open corporate culture is very important to us and it is important to keep the satisfaction of the EVOs at a high level.
Of course, not everything is perfect with us either. We have created an open feedback culture through a rating portal like Kununu and also some internal measures. We are constantly working on improving and making our EVOs even happier. What internal measures are these?
Here are a few examples: Firstly, the employee satisfaction working group, which carries out regular employee surveys and derives further measures from them. There are regular personal meetings with the team leader, as well as a mentor as a personal contact for all matters. In addition, the communication channels to the HR team, as another contact, are very short and we also have an anonymous feedback button on the intranet that sends feedback directly to management.
