On January 31, 2024, EVOMOTIV opened its doors to the KA-RaceIng team, which is part of the Formula Student design competition. Nine students entered our premises, ready to learn from our experts. John, Gerhard, Luci and Lukas coached the students on the topics of successful presentations and the content of good project management.
The workshop began with a warm welcome and a short round of introductions. It quickly became clear that a team of passionate and committed students had come together who were thirsty for knowledge and experience. Our staff took on this challenge with enthusiasm and led the group through a series of interactive sessions.
A highlight of the workshop was undoubtedly the guided tour of our premises. The students had the opportunity to learn about various ongoing projects and gain insights into the advanced technologies used at EVOMOTIV This practical experience was not only inspiring but also educational for the budding engineers of the KA-RaceIng team.
After the teaching sessions, it was time for practical application of what had been learned. Three of the students bravely presented their team's business plan. The presentations were followed by an intensive discussion and assessment where constructive feedback was provided that will help students refine their strategies and achieve their goals.
To round off the day and celebrate the successful collaboration, we enjoyed a delicious dinner together at an Italian restaurant. Here the students had the opportunity to exchange ideas with our employees in a relaxed atmosphere.
