The EVOMOTIV we pay particular attention to the satisfaction and health of our employees. In a time when everyday life is often characterized by hecticness and speed, it is more important than ever to pay attention to our well-being. For this reason, we have launched the first self-organized EVO Health Day to offer our employees a day full of healthy activities and inspiration on the topic of health.
One of the highlights of the day were the homemade, healthy lemonades and energy balls, as well as healthy bowls during the lunch break. Here our EVOMOTIVThe participants diligently chopped and prepared their own bowls from various healthy treats. They also learned how to pay more attention to a healthy diet in everyday life. It is actually easier than you think to prepare a quick and, above all, healthy lunch.
The EVO Health Day also offered various workshops, both on-site and online, dedicated to the topics of stress and exercise. In these workshops, our employees were able to gain valuable insights and practical tips on how to optimize their health. Topics such as appointment organization and optimization, recognizing and understanding stress and burnout, acute relief for stress and back movement in everyday life were discussed. The workshops were organized entirely according to our EVOMOTIV Academy principle “From colleagues for colleagues” passed on to everyone by our own EVO experts in the respective topics.
At the end of the EVO Health Day, the participants were able to really let off steam with a workout. Thanks to our Crossfit expert, the pulse rate really rose. It was a great opportunity to get moving together and improve fitness.

The first self-organized EVO Health Day was a complete success and showed that health and fun can go hand in hand. We are proud that our employees were so committed and look forward to future events where we can work together for our health.
