Our mood barometer speaks for itself: in September we reached a peak of 100% in employee satisfaction.
Once a month – on Office Day – everyone EVOMOTIV-Employees have the opportunity to anonymously place a ball in our mood barometer and thereby indicate their current satisfaction with EVOMOTIV to express. The barometer is divided into the usual evo scale, with the middle tube representing "expectations fully met", the left side "expectations not met" or "significantly not met" and the right side "expectations exceeded" or "significantly exceeded".
The balls thrown in are counted and evaluated after each office day. The result is then entered into the monthly satisfaction score EVOMOTIV Balanced Score Card.
To evaluate satisfied employees, the 5-point scale is digitally divided: The left 2 tubes are rated as “not satisfied”, the right 3 are rated as “satisfied”.
As a supplement to the annual employee survey, the barometer gives us the opportunity to record and present the current mood of our employees on a monthly basis. The September result is definitely nice to see and motivates us in our daily work so that we can achieve similarly high values in the coming months.
