EVOMOTIV continued its growth course in 2009. In an extremely challenging economic environment, EVOMOTIV The minimum goal of retaining all employees and repeating the sales of 2008 was significantly exceeded. This was achieved through the commitment and dedication of all colleagues as well as the consistent optimization and streamlining of processes.

The combination of successful order implementation and tireless sales activities has enabled us to expand our business relationships with existing customers and gain new customers, particularly in the area of ​​innovative mobility. Great progress has also been made in our first own development project, “EC-Wheel”. EVOMOTIV now has profound know-how in the future field of electric drives.

The expansion of the company structure was consistently driven forward. This included the establishment of the first team leader in the electronics development department and the expansion of the sales team. In addition, EVOMOTIV Training company since September 2009. In the process of personnel development, regular employee discussions were methodically optimized using standardized tools such as the career matrix.

With a highly motivated team behind it and based on a significant increase in requests for offers in recent weeks, EVOMOTIV-Management very positively into the year 2010.

The goals for the new year are to confirm the high level of customer and employee satisfaction and to fill 20 positions in the development and consulting areas. The team leader structure is also to be expanded. Other goals are to expand our own innovative development projects and establish the consulting product “Slimming down SMEs”.

Our Environmental management policy

The environmental policy of EVOMOTIV is aimed at controlling, regulating and minimising the impact of business and human activities on the environment. This is achieved through a variety of measures and initiatives:


1. Resource efficiency and conservation: EVOMOTIV focuses on economical use of energy and water. Standby modes are avoided and energy-saving IT devices are used.

2. Raising awareness among employees: Through lock screens, e-learning and tips on
In-house events raise employees’ awareness of environmental issues.

3. Promoting biodiversity: EVOMOTIV expands green spaces and builds refuges for insects, such as flower meadows, green roofs and bee hotels.

4. Sustainable food: EVOMOTIV focuses on local, seasonal and fairly traded food and relies on reusable tableware.

5. Paperless office: EVOMOTIV aims to work completely paperless.

6. Use of renewably produced fuels: Until the fleet is fully electrified, the focus will be on fuels obtained from renewable energy sources.

7. Electrification of the fleet: EVOMOTIV plans to electrify its fleet to reduce CO2 emissions.

8. Ecologically produced merchandise: EVOMOTIV buys environmentally friendly gifts for employees and customers.

9. Reduction of data waste: EVOMOTIV is committed to reducing data waste in order to minimize the environmental impact of digital waste.
