EVOMOTIV continued its growth course in the first half of 2010 and was able to hire its 50th employee this week.
The big challenge now is to adjust the team leader structure. In this context, more team leaders are to be appointed from within the company's own ranks, with the first candidates currently preparing for the new task in the successfully established junior management group. EVOMOTIV The seminar series has started successfully, with all previous seminars being fully booked within a very short time.
Our own development projects and the customer projects that are processed in our own technical facilities have gained so much momentum that a significant expansion of office, laboratory and test resources is planned for the second half of 2010. The expansion of the consulting area is also progressing well and the first workshops on the topic of "streamlining medium-sized businesses" have been completed very successfully. Additional consulting modules are currently being developed so that customers can receive increasingly comprehensive advice.
To confirm the high level of customer and employee satisfaction, EVOMOTIV The team will be further expanded with evo-motivated staff in the second half of 2010 and the quality management system will be certified.
