A permanent fixture in the EVOMOTIV The monthly office days have now become part of our culture. In a relaxed, hard-working atmosphere, the dynamism and commitment of all team members is noticeable. Working groups are currently developing concepts for training, marketing, ideas playgrounds and our goal of "Employer of the Year 2010". As a transparent company, information on the very positive business development is of course a must. In addition to the target-actual comparisons of the number of employees and turnover, the forecast for the level of employee participation is eagerly awaited by everyone. As a new feature, the July office day was the first colleague-to-colleague training session, where the topic of "electronics in cars" was examined and questioned. At the end of the day, a relaxed atmosphere comes to an end with pizza or grilled food, which can easily go on into the night on the roof terrace if the weather is good...
