In autumn 2016, EVOMOTIV applied for the German Education Award 2017. In the category “up to 500 employees” we made it to the final round and thus into the top 3. We are extremely proud of this achievement and at the same time motivated to prevail against the competition and bring the victory to Flacht.
Under the patronage of the Federal Ministry of Education and Research, TÜV SÜD Academy annually awards the German Education Prize to companies for their internal education and talent management. To be a German Education Prize Excellence Company, you must pass the demanding audit. In the next step, all finalists will be analyzed and evaluated using a scientifically based quality model developed for this purpose. This audit will take place in February at the company's own testing and development center in Flacht. This will serve as the basis for the decision on the winners of the German Education Prize on April 27, 2017 in Berlin.
EVOMOTIV is looking forward to the challenge of convincing the jury of its innovative qualification approach and the systems created for it during the audit.
