Especially popular with EVOMOTIV are the food events. In November, the gourmet event took place, where all EVOMOTIVlers were invited to share their favorite dishes and delicacies. Around 60 foodies took part in the event and enjoyed the variety of culinary delicacies.
The culinary journey began with hearty dishes, including creative dishes such as the trendy poke bowl, Maultaschenburger, stuffed New Year's eggs and guacamole. The selection ranged from exotic delicacies such as chicken and chicken biryani to regional specialties such as sausage salad and pumpkin soup.
Vegetarian options were also not neglected, with delicacies such as bulgur and beetroot salad or enchiladas filled with cheese. The meal continued with Mediterranean food excursions such as bread with pesto and olives and a refreshing rocket and mango salad.
There was something for all dessert lovers. From the traditional Linzer cake to sweet crepes to brownies and caramel cakes – EVO sweet tooths definitely got their money's worth.
The anticipation remains, because the next EVO gourmet event is already planned for spring. Here we can once again look forward to a food journey through various dishes prepared by hardworking EVOMOTIVlearn.
