Our first EVO Connect event took place in Flacht at the end of January and marked a significant step towards direct connection and intensive exchange.
The name “EVO-Connect” reflects exactly what we want to achieve: a relaxed atmosphere that promotes direct dialogue between management and employees. After years of digital town hall meetings, it was great to be face-to-face and feel the energy of the community.
The highlight of the day was undoubtedly the opportunity to connect in person over a drink and buffet after the official program items.
What was new at EVO-Connect? A mixture of joy, celebration and strategic planning! Anniversaries were honored, the weddings of our colleagues were celebrated and the management presented the strategic direction for 2024. But that's not all - a special surprise awaited four lucky EVOMOTIVler: the lunch lottery. This campaign enabled them to buy food at the expense of EVOMOTIV to have lunch together and exchange ideas in an informal atmosphere.
We look forward to continuing this path of personal connecting and, together with our EVOMOTIV team to create a successful future. The next EVO-Connect is already in the starting blocks.
