In 2013 there were nine participants, and in 2014/15 there were ten. This year 11 EVO colleagues have started training to become project management specialists (IPMA Level D). Markus Würker took over the management for the third time in a row and intensively prepared the individual training days and workshops. Between February and June these were held alongside the daily project work at EVOMOTIV, diligently attended by the participants and the content was reviewed at home.
On June 11, all 11 participants took a written and an oral exam before the PM-ZERT assessors to obtain official certification. At the end, they had good reason to celebrate: they had successfully obtained the additional qualification!
