Your first day starts at our location. The management will give you an introduction to the EVOMOTIVworld and become a permanent member of our team. You will also learn about the internal processes on your first day so that you can find your way around on your second day. In return, you will receive your company cell phone, laptop with all EVOMOTIV Access and contacts, so you are directly connected.
In addition, you can freely decide whether you want to start with your company car or a replacement service from day one. After one year as EVOMOTIVYou can even configure your own vehicle.
Of course, there is plenty of time for socializing too - the long-standing EVOs will take the opportunity to get to know you and your fellow newcomers over breakfast and lunch. Your mentor and team leader will also be there on the first day - so that you know who to contact and can quickly settle into our team.
To get to know us even better, you will have many opportunities to get to know the team better: the mentor-mentee meetings, the Second Day and invitations to company events.
