It's not difficult at all. If you think about it carefully, there are many situations every day in which you could say thank you or say something nice to the person you're talking to: "Thank you for your support in the project, thank you for your help, thank you for listening, thank you for your good mood, thank you for lunch yesterday..."
As a marketing team, we took this year's Valentine's Day as an opportunity to take up the topic and integrate it more into our everyday lives. All colleagues were given the opportunity to write compliments and hymns of thanks to each other on cards. These were then collected centrally and distributed on Valentine's Day.
The result was happy faces from colleagues when they read their Valentine's Day cards. Of course, you shouldn't just send out an ode to your colleagues and tell them how great they are on Valentine's Day, but all year round!
