We determine employee satisfaction in an annual survey that examines 70 different topics, from project tasks to the management's proximity to employees to the process manager.
This year’s overall result of 137,2% is certainly impressive!
93 colleagues took part in the survey this year. All but one of the 70 sub-areas were rated over 100%. In our company scale, this means that the colleagues' expectations were fully met and even exceeded. (More about the scale can be found here)
Why is the employee survey important for the company? On the one hand, it allows us to find out in which areas the company is performing very well. On the other hand, the survey also allows us to uncover potential for improvement. To do this, we work with management and the “Employee Satisfaction” working group to see which adjustments still need to be made to further increase employee satisfaction.
Our goal for 2019: to achieve an even higher result! Because if you are happy, we are too.
