Just in time for the establishment of the second location, the EVOMOTIV GmbH opened a large penthouse office with a view of the beautiful Ulm Minster in 2012. Promising prospects: the city on the Danube is perfect for the second location as an innovation region and due to its proximity to Stuttgart. Due to the diverse industry in the region, the EVOMOTIV Ulm GmbH serves customers in both the automotive and aerospace sectors.
The three EVOMOTIV Founders from Stuttgart were also managing directors for Ulm in the early days until the leadership was seamlessly handed over to Matthias Schramm and Uwe Banzhaf. The debut was celebrated with a canoe trip on the Danube in downtown Ulm, during which one of the Stuttgart managing directors ended up in the water - but the Ulm location has not been a flop so far. After two years, the company was in the black and has grown from six employees in 2012 to over 50 employees this year. Last year, an additional branch was opened in Friedrichshafen to expand the presence in the Upper Swabia / Lake Constance area. We are excited and look forward to further development in the Lake Constance region.
