According to the ISO standard (ISO 14644-1), a cleanroom is a controlled room in which the concentration of airborne particles is strictly limited.
It is essential to plan the cleanroom correctly, to develop the processes for logistics and the introduction of materials in advance, and to make the connection between the cleanroom and the outside world as smooth as possible.
