You can look forward to this
- You will assist in the planning and organization of trials both at home and abroad.
- You research suitable hotels and accommodations and clarify the most important requirements.
- You obtain quotes, compare them, and take care of the bookings.
- You keep track of appointments and bookings and ensure that everything runs smoothly from an organizational perspective during our trials.
What you bring along
- You are studying tourism management, event management, business administration, or a comparable field of study.
- You enjoy organizing trips and stays.
- You work in a structured, careful and independent manner and maintain an overview even when faced with many requests.
- You enjoy communicating confidently and effectively with various stakeholders – both by phone and email.
- You speak fluent German and good English
