Project Details
Initial situation:
In addition to increasingly strict legal requirements, modern fuel systems must also meet continuously increasing customer demands in terms of quality, comfort and safety. For our customers in the premium segment, this means increased development, validation and coordination costs.
Project assignment:
Support in the development of fuel systems for conventional vehicles and hybrids. The aim is to ensure the coordination of cross-departmental functional and component interfaces and to undertake constructive and organizational coordination with the individual component suppliers.
Implementation:
Based on specifications, fuel systems are designed in collaboration with series suppliers and are digitally and physically tested for crash safety, refueling quality and emissions. Development is supported throughout the entire product development process.
Solution:
Interdisciplinary cooperation supports the development of fuel systems up to series release and ensures quality and functionality.
