Initial situation:
In order to make the next generation of high-voltage batteries future-proof, the components for monitoring, control and communication must be further developed.
Project assignment:
EVOMOTIV has been commissioned by an OEM to assume component responsibility for the various components in the high-voltage battery.
Implementation:
From the concept phase with the creation of specifications, through coordination with various suppliers, to the implementation of requirements in hardware, those responsible for components accompany the entire chain. During the individual sample phases, the quality of the components is ensured by means of validations and corrections are made to the supplier.
Solution:
With the help of various tools, the verification of the control units through hardware-related testing using CANoe and the close guidance of the supplier during development, a series-ready, future-proof product is developed.
