Robustness test of power electronics (11kW charger and DCDC converter)

Validation electronics
The project focused on ensuring the robustness of power electronics, especially the 11kW charger and the DCDC converter. By automating the test cases and precisely evaluating the measurement results, all requirements according to customer specifications were met and the customer was presented with comprehensive measurement results and a meaningful test report.
Initial situation:
The current global situation requires a comprehensive review of the robustness of power electronics, especially the 11kW charger and the DCDC converter, to ensure market entry and meet standard requirements.

Project assignment:
The task consists of test automation, test execution, evaluation and report generation for the robustness test of the power electronics. The aim is to meet the requirements of the LV123, LV124 standards and to ensure the functionality of the high-voltage components.

Implementation:
Implementation is carried out by taking a detailed look at the test specification, transferring the test steps to a test automation program, executing the test cases and analyzing the measurement results. The process includes precise process control to effectively meet the test requirements. Finally, comprehensive reports are created.

Solution:
The result of the project is that the required tests were performed according to the customer specifications. The test cases were successfully automated, executed and the measurement results and a detailed test report were made available to the customer.
