Initial situation:
In order to ensure a smooth start to series production of a new series, it is important to test the vehicles thoroughly beforehand. Good planning of the prototypes is essential so that the tests can be carried out flawlessly.
Project assignment:
Support in maintaining quantities, configuration and calculating fixed costs for prototypes.
Implementation:
From EVOMOTIV On both sides, the coordination with departments regarding vehicle requirements, quantity planning including vehicle equipment, and the allocation of vehicles to departments are taken over.
Solution:
The aim is for the customer to be able to carry out all necessary tests on time with the smallest possible number of prototypes.
