Project Details
Initial situation:
In the quality management of a corporation, the introduction of the so-called “Next Level Quality Initiative” was decided. The customer’s project management capacities were insufficient.
Project assignment:
As part of the contract, the programme management and, in some cases, the sub-project management were carried out by EVOMOTIV This also included change management for the improvement projects.
Implementation:
The EVOMOTIV Consultants supported the customer in operational business during peak periods and lack of capacity in the area of project management for internal improvement projects.
Solution:
The project succeeded EVOMOTIV to implement various cross-departmental improvement projects and to support them in the long term through the sustainable implementation of methods (e.g. shop floor).
