The quality requirements for road vehicles result on the one hand from legal requirements and on the other from customer requirements and brand expectations. The release of the individual components and systems in the overall vehicle is coordinated with one another in terms of quality and approved by the quality project management.
Project assignment:
Taking over the project management “Overall Vehicle Quality” for various vehicle projects.
Implementation:

Quality planning and control along the product development process
Organisation and implementation of decision-making and working bodies
Tracking the sampling status of the individual quality engineers (component level)
Requesting factory actions and troubleshooting in case of acute quality problems
Organisation and implementation of quality approvals of complete vehicles up to market launch
Quality-related series support for the series
Planning and implementation of the quality approval of the entire vehicle, including coordination of activities in the target plant
Planning and implementation of supplier days
Evaluation and documentation of quality sensors to observe the customer's error situation, analysis and prioritization of conspicuous issues
