Initial situation:
The specific challenge arises from the verification of power electronics based on the detailed requirements of a customer.
Project assignment:
The task includes preparing the test specimen, carrying out and recording the tests according to the test specification and then analyzing and evaluating the measurement results.
Implementation:
The implementation was carried out by precisely soldering measuring leads onto the PCB/circuit board and installing the test object in a climate chamber for testing at different temperatures. The manual test was carried out on the operator PC (OPPC), accompanied by high-resolution measurement recording of electrical and software-based measurement variables. A thorough analysis of the measurement results was then carried out.

The project goal was achieved by successfully completing all tests according to customer requirements. In addition, analysis measurements were carried out to ensure, for example, the verification of the new software.
