The customer would like to expand an existing assembly plant to include a new vehicle model. The new production components will be integrated into an existing plant. The customer would also like to set up a new production site.
Project assignment:
EVOMOTIV takes over the layout planning of the production plant.
Implementation:
EVOMOTIV takes over interface management between simulation, design, project management, and the assembly team. From engineering data, a production layout is developed, design and simulation components are integrated, and quotation and manufacturing layouts are derived. As part of the change management conducted by EVOMOTIV, the scope of changes is coordinated and implemented.
