
The project focused on subjecting inverters to stress tests according to LV123 & LV124 standards and analyzing the results according to customer requirements. Automation through ECU testing enabled efficient execution of the tests, followed by a detailed analysis of the measurement results.

Initial situation:
Before an inverter can move into mass production, extensive stress testing is required. These tests are used to analyze development patterns and to continuously implement product improvements in successive phases based on the findings.
Project assignment:
The focus of this project is on stress tests according to the LV123 & LV124 standards. This is so-called black box testing.
Implementation:
The test cases of the LV123 & LV124 standards are automated using the ECU-Test software. After implementation, external and internal measurement results are analyzed, checked against acceptance criteria and evaluated. The results are recorded in a comprehensive report.
Solution:
The project was successfully completed within the agreed time frame, including all tests, evaluations and documentation according to the LV123 & LV124 standards.
