Project assignment:
The consultant of our EVOMOTIV Teams took on an interim assignment as technical management of the “purchased parts” product group with 4 employees.
Implementation:
Our consultant was responsible for purchasing parts at the site and across the entire GmbH with an annual turnover of around EUR 100 million. He also took on the technical management of internal task forces and other strategic activities, thereby helping the customer to achieve savings.
Solution:
