Initial situation:
In the automotive industry, standing still means going backwards. For this reason, every car manufacturer is constantly working on new vehicle models and technologies that can be used in future vehicles. Before a new model or new technology is launched on the market, it is subjected to extensive and comprehensive testing. This is the only way to ensure the high quality of the product.
Project assignment:
The durability of the vehicles and the technologies used should be tested and, ideally, verified. The aim is to identify and eliminate weaknesses and problems before a vehicle or technology goes into series production and reaches the customer.
Implementation:
The vehicles are exposed to a wide range of stresses in different endurance test profiles. Special test focuses are tested using different types of endurance test. Be it driving dynamics, corrosion or durability in customer-oriented use. During the endurance test, the condition of the vehicle is documented and any problems and weak points are recorded. In addition to the measurement data, the experience and "buttometer" of the test drivers and engineers are also important.

Based on the knowledge gained, solutions are developed together with other development departments to resolve the problems that have arisen. This eliminates weak points and improves quality in the long term.
