Initial situation:
In order to support the customer in strengthening their innovative power, an idea management system is to be introduced.
Project assignment:
The consulting team of EVOMOTIV supported an SME within a corporation in reviving idea management through business process re-engineering and change management.
Implementation:
In order to implement this task, a new committee was introduced, a group of experts was set up and the existing software solution was adapted. After a successful introduction for the commissioned SME, it was decided to harmonize it across the entire group (including the new software solution).
Solution:
Through the advice of the EVOMOTIV Teams were able to increase the number of ideas submitted from an average of 1 to over 10 ideas per month in the first four months.
Within the first year, the SME saved more than EUR 0,5 million. This was also the decisive reason for harmonizing the entire group.
