Initial situation:
The production of composite components for use in commercial aircraft places extremely high demands on the design. In order to obtain official approval (airworthiness) and enable cost-effective and reproducible production, the manufacturing companies need a design that can be reliably manufactured in series.
Project assignment:
Evomotiv was commissioned by one of the largest manufacturers of civilian aircraft to address deviations in series components. Additionally, the design is to be optimized with regard to these deviations.
Implementation:
Using appropriate tools, the construction deviations are assessed and a usage decision is made. In most cases, a repair solution is found and documented.

Production is ensured regarding the production rate through the flexible work of Evomotiv employees in multifunctional teams. Additionally, recurring deviations in production are identified and corrected through design changes for subsequent components.
