Initial situation:
The vehicle specifications specify binding aerodynamic target values in the form of Cd and Ca values. These must be achieved in the production vehicle.
Project assignment:
Physical and digital vehicle models will be built in order to measure and calculate their aerodynamic properties.
Implementation:
Vehicle areas relevant to fluid mechanics, such as the outer skin, are created and modified according to aerodynamic aspects. The result of this is used in the calculation or released for production as a rapid prototyping part.
Solution:
Digital as well as physical vehicle models are created, which can be used to check the specified target values in order to make optimizations if needed during the further development process.
