Initial situation:
This is becoming increasingly important within a corporate group with multiple locations. The decentralized purchasing organization is therefore to be restructured with different island solutions.
Project assignment:
In this project supported EVOMOTIV the customer in the reorganization of central purchasing, as well as the synchronization of processes and standardization of the organization.
Implementation:
The consultation was preceded by a 5-month interim assignment in purchasing. A modular organizational structure was then developed and introduced that can be flexibly adapted to the company strategy. In addition, standardized roles (AKVs) were developed and introduced. This went hand in hand with change management and the establishment of the new understanding of roles including interface processes. In order to make the project a success, neuroleadership was also consistently applied.
Solution:
The advice of EVOMOTIV led to an increase in effectiveness and efficiency by eliminating redundancies. An environment was created in which faster and more technically sound decision-making is possible. Furthermore, a more flexible organizational structure was created in purchasing and the adjacent departments with clear responsibilities.
