A central component of this is our Train the Trainer program. Every year, we train internal specialists to become new trainers. These specialists not only contribute valuable expertise to our training offerings, but also ensure that the EVO spirit is evident in every learning unit. This regularly brings fresh ideas, new topics, and innovative approaches to our program.
